no idea why you can dismantle this arm
candelabres depicting two splendid caricatural figures a jockey and a English gentleman cast iron with a gorgeous patina ! by Emile Guillemin ( 1841-1904 ), France 19th century ! acceptable condition of course a lot of traces of use and age ! damage on the head of the gentleman/ and the cap of the jockey gentleman missing his hand height 30 cm/ diameter base 10 cm
